1. We guarantee to provide 100% replacement for damage caused by design defects (resin spillage).
2. Major defects caused by production (missing parts, abnormal shape caused by molding failure)
3. Please provide relevant photos as the basis of evaluation for return and exchange. This will help us to improve the problem.
4. The exchange mechanism does not require the return of the merchandise. You may keep the original item as a replacement part. Delivery costs incurred in exchange will be paid by us.
